BikeDenver Participates in Colorado Gives Day – 24 Hours to “Give Where You Live” on December 4th

The third annual Colorado Gives Day will take place during a 24-hour period on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012. The initiative,  hosted by Community First Foundation and FirstBank, helped Colorado non-profits record  $12.8 million in gifts in 2011.  The online initiative encourages Coloradans to “Give Where You Live,” and helps raise awareness of the state’s nonprofit sector and educate communities on the benefits of online giving.  All credit card and processing fees are covered by Community First Foundation, First Bank and sponsors so that 100 percent of Colorado Gives Day donations go directly to nonprofit organizations.
