Want to know where we’ll be helping to provide free event bicycle parking?

Our Community Bike Parking Service provides free VIP bicycle parking at Denver events and festivals. We park bikes because providing convenient bike parking encourages more people to ride, brings bicyclists together in one place, and makes bicycles more visible in the community.

In 2012, we’ll help provide convenient bike parking for event-goers on 35 days that will help park more than 12,000 bikes at events with a combined estimated attendance of over 1.6 million. That’s no small feat, and we couldn’t do it without great people like YOU who lend a few hours to help us staff event bike-parking corrals.  So if you’ve got some time to give back, sign up for a shift or two today!

See what our volunteers have to say….

The Denver Zoo

OUR #2 MADE US #1! Converting waste into energy made the Denver Zoo the most sustainable Zoo in the U.S.

At Denver Zoo, 90% of our waste—from trash to animal waste—will be converted into clean, sustainable energy through our biomass gasification system. It’s the first of its kind anywhere in the world and, along with our ongoing commitment to innovative sustainability initiatives, helped us earn the title of the Greenest Zoo in the U.S.  Learn more at DenverZoo.org.

Preservation included with admission.
