Celebrate the Winter Solstice with Us!

Wednesday, Dec. 21, 6:30pm. We will meet at the fountain on the Esplanade (the entrance to City Park just north of East High School off of 17th Ave). There is parking in the park near the fountain.

We’ll do a lap around the park and catch the back side of the Wildlights at the zoo, then down through festive, decorated neighborhoods to Cheesman Park and maybe see some of the Blossoms of Light at the Botanic Gardens. We can go for coffee/hot chocolate if anyone wants to, or just head back. We’ll only go if the weather is okay, meaning that the streets are mostly dry.

Bring your helmet and lights, of course. The more lights, the better–be as festive as possible! On Monday, a go/no-go decision will be made based on the forecast and will be posted on the website (www.bikedenver.org ).
