Did you bring your Pancho?

Spring weather had a hand in BikeDenver’s Cinco de Mayo ride. A total of 4 riders braved chilly weather and brief rain showers.

The Cinco party crowd was out in force as we gathered at Benny’s restaurant (y Cantina). It was standing room only with a long wait for a table, so we quickly downed our beverages and headed for stop #2.

Given the small number of riders, route plans were altered and we skipped our planned stop #2 at the Milagro Taco Bar and went directly to Mezcal. Again, heavy crowds thwarted our plans.

Faced with another hour wait for a table, the group improvised and moved across Colfax to the Atomic Cowboy. Sandy, Genevieve, Vic and Tracy enjoyed a variety of beverages and lively conversation.
