Join the BBC. They’re a new group formed to protect ped and bike access to the Buchtel light-rail station.

The Buchtel Boulevard Coalition (BBC) will meet on Wednesday, January 18th at 7 pm at the District Three Police Station community room, 1625 S. University Blvd.

The BBC is a new group including representatives of registered neighborhood associations, schools, local non-profit groups, developers business associations, city officials and departments, apartment complexes, and other interested individuals. Its primary purpose is to foster safe pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular access to the three light rail stations along Buchtel Boulevard with adequate pedestrian crossings, sidewalk improvements, bicycle paths and lanes.
